Value = Min + V / 10 × (Max − Min)V = (Value − Min) / (Max − Min) × 10

Worked example

For a 0–100% actuator range, 5 V represents 50%. A 75% command corresponds to 7.5 V.

Interpret the range before the number

Confirm that the device uses 0–10 V, not 2–10 V or a different range. This linear conversion does not assess wiring, reference-ground errors or voltage drop.

The process unit is whatever your sensor measures. The calculator does not infer whether the range represents temperature, pressure, level or percent.
